As a supporter of our project, we would like to invite you to the inaugural meeting of the Clifton Down Growing Space on:
Thursday 5th December 2024, 7pm at Redland Library
Until now we have operated under the Clifton Down Community Association, but going forward it will be preferable to become our own unincorporated association able to sign the lease with Sovereign Housing Association, have our own insurance cover and open a new bank account.
At this meeting, we will present a brief history of the project, and discuss the allocation of the first set of planters. Importantly, we will formally adopt a constitution and vote in the first committee. We will also present the plot holder agreements including charges.
Following the current funding round, we will be able to build 4 more rows of 5 boxes. Several of you have indicated that you would be interested in less than five boxes, so these will be split accordingly.

You are interested in taking on a plot & entering this current draw. How many boxes you would like? Each box is approximately 1x1.2m. 5 boxes (which = 1 plot), 3 boxes, 2 boxes or 1 box.
